Awww, Oh No! HA HA!!

OK I was going to save this for a saturday silly, but its just too funny to wait. I love it! Not only is it hilarious to me, but it works perfectly for what we want our stories to do.

First introduce you characters in a way so the readers care about them.

Second have something horrible happen to them.

And last but not least, make it worthwhile.

Check out the MOUSE.

  1. Exactly. And I'm kicking myself for not connecting it to writing. Course I blame myself being distracted with the writing for not seeing it.:-)

    I do love this though.

  2. Hey, it's better to be writing than not. And I'm glad you enjoyed the connection once you saw it.

  3. LOL That was great!!! Thanks for sharing it. :-)

  4. I don't like the have something horrible happen to them ... how about just 'difficult' ... and only if it ends with 'happily ever after'.

But I do agree ... can't we keep it simple?

I like that. Worthwhile writing lesson in three steps. :)
